All we want is Jesus! All we desire is Your presence! We can build houses, establish careers, amass wealth, but if we don’t have Christ, we have nothing!
Jesus gave a mandate! He did not say: “Sit in your homes and contemplate your salvation!” He said: “Go and make disciples of all nations!” Evangelism is not an option, it is a divine command! But today, too many believers preach, hand out tracts, walk the streets with zeal, and yet… where are the souls won? Where are those who prayed the prayer of salvation?
Mark 16:20 – The disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed the word by the signs that accompanied it.
God does not confirm an inactive word. He partners with those who work! But there is a truth the Church must understand: We do not harvest where we have sown, but we harvest what we have sown! And if we do not want the devil to come and steal the harvest, it is imperative to embrace the next step in spiritual warfare.
How many evangelistic outings, how many salvation prayers prayed, and yet, only a small percentage of won souls are truly rooted in the assembly! We must understand that the spiritual world operates on a foundational principle that Paul reveals:
Galatians 6:7-8 – A man reaps what he sows.
The mistake of many evangelists is thinking that the harvest happens where they have sown. We have sown the Word in streets, among young people, families, strangers… But it is not necessarily those same people who will come to church! What we have sown will return to us, but not necessarily through the same individuals. Why? Because there is a mystery of spiritual transactions!
In Zechariah 2:1-4, we see a spiritual man preparing to measure Jerusalem, but an angel intervenes and says: “Do not limit Jerusalem!” If we do nothing, spirits will set limitations on the Church, on growth, and on the souls we are meant to receive. If we do not know how to claim our wages in prayer, the devil will mechanically reduce the number of souls that remain rooted.
If Satan dares to claim even those who have already prayed the prayer of salvation, as seen in:
Luke 22:31 – Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat.
Then why doesn’t the Church claim these souls as well? If we truly want to harvest, we must practice the prayer of claiming with authority and perseverance!
Isaiah 42:22 – But this is a people plundered and looted; all of them are trapped in caves or hidden away in prisons. They have been made loot, with no one to rescue them; they have been made plunder, with no one to say, “Restore them!”
This is exactly what is happening today! We win many souls, but they are stolen from us! Where are Zachariah, Rebecca, Mark, Sophie—those who prayed the prayer of salvation? They are caught in covenants, oppressions, spiritual seductions that keep them from coming to church.
But today, the Church rises up and decrees: “RESTORE THEM!” We refuse to let the devil take back what belongs to us! Every soul we have won has been purchased with the blood of Christ. Every prayer of salvation seals an invisible commitment. And we must demand, demand that our reward be given to us!
Mark 16:20 tells us that the disciples worked. So, evangelizing is work. And in:
1 Timothy 5:18 – The worker deserves his wages.
When we go out to win souls, there is a wage that must be claimed. Jesus revealed this in the Parable of the Sower:
Mark 4:14-20 – 25% of the seeds fall on good soil and bear fruit thirty, sixty, and a hundred times what was sown.
This means that out of 100 souls won through evangelism, in full spiritual legitimacy, 25 must be firmly rooted in the house of God.
So, if we won 838 souls in October, we must claim in prayer 210 stable souls in the Church by November. This is not just a hope; it is a right!
James 5:16-20 – The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. If one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death.
There are too many brothers and sisters who are no longer here. They have been deceived, wounded, drawn away from the faith. But we have the power to bring them back through intercessory prayer!
🙏 If you have never given your life to Jesus, say this prayer:
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe that You died for my sins and that You rose again. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me in Your way. Amen.
