Many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.
What God is telling us today is powerful: nothing is set in stone. The one who is considered insignificant, forgotten, despised, can be propelled into a dimension beyond human understanding. Conversely, those who believe they are established, who think their position is unshakable, can fall to the bottom. Nothing in this life is fixed. And if today you feel like you’re in the background, invisible in the eyes of men, I have come to tell you that there is a divine principle that can radically change your position.
What Jesus teaches us in Mark 10:28-31 is not trivial; it is a divine law that has changed human history and can change yours. Peter said to Jesus:
We have left everything and followed you.
And Jesus answered him with an extraordinary promise:
There is no one who has left father, mother, house, possessions, lands for My sake and the Gospel’s sake who will not receive a hundredfold in this present age and in the age to come, eternal life.
There is a key. There is a spiritual law. God exalts those who give their lives for the Kingdom. God supernaturally moves the last to the front. But be careful, this is not automatic. There is a price, a consecration, a dynamic, a commitment that takes you into a radical change of position.
Do you want to move from the shadows to the light? Do you want to see God lift you up where no one expected you? Then listen carefully: those who seek their own elevation first will remain last, but those who actively engage in God’s agenda will be lifted by His hand.
The secret is investing in the salvation of souls and their strengthening. Jesus said:
Go, make disciples of all nations.
And this is where everything changes. Those who take the Kingdom’s mission to heart, those who refuse to remain selfishly focused on their own concerns, those who decide to make souls their burden, will be supernaturally elevated.
Look at the example of businesses in this world. Some historic players in the automobile industry, like Renault or Nissan, have dominated the market for decades. But the emergence of a company like Tesla has disrupted the rules. Why? Because they understood the priorities of governments and aligned themselves accordingly. While others stagnate or decline, those who adapt to what authorities prioritize are propelled forward. It is exactly the same in the Kingdom.
God has one priority: the salvation of souls. This is not optional! Do you want to see the heavens move on your behalf? Let’s align ourselves with what God is highlighting!
If today we decide to make soul-winning and the edification of the body of Christ our priority, then God Himself will propel us to the forefront.
The model God has chosen for His Church is non-negotiable. It rests on two pillars:
This is where the power of church expansion lies!
In Acts 2:46, the Bible tells us that the disciples were daily devoted to meeting in the temple and in their homes.
Even today, this model allows for unstoppable growth. Do you want to see souls won? Start in your neighborhood. Do you want to see your home become a channel of transformation? Start gathering people there to pray and study the Word together.
God does not depend on social media to grow His Kingdom! Governments can shut down platforms, censor content, and drive the Church out of the media, but what is unshakable is the house-to-house church dynamic. It is in your living room that lives can be transformed. It is around your table that the Word can be explained to hungry souls.
Where you are, God is calling you to rise up! Now is not the time to remain inactive. Do not say, “I am too busy” when it comes to the Kingdom. Because those who have followed this model, those who have made souls their burden, have ended up seeing God transform their lives.
Look at those who paid the price. They originally had neither name nor fame. Charles Finney, Billy Graham, Kathryn Kuhlman, John G. Lake… In their time, no one saw them coming. Yet today, their names transcend generations. Meanwhile, who remembers the ministers of their governments? Who knows the political figures who were influential in their time? Their names have disappeared. But those who embraced Heaven’s agenda became timeless.
Heaven did not forget them. And you too, if you make radical choices, if you align yourself with the priorities of the Kingdom, God will establish you where you were not even considered!
🙏 If you have never given your life to Jesus, pray this prayer with faith:
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe that You died for my sins and that You rose again. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me in Your path. Amen.
