Can you lift your hand and thank God for this extraordinary grace? What a powerful grace to be able to gather again today under His divine presence!
My brother, my sister, do you understand the magnitude of the privilege of receiving the teaching that propels us toward a glorious destiny, the one of building what the Lord Himself is in the process of establishing? Here is an unchanging and central truth:
Jesus said, I will build My Church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. (Matthew 16:18)
So why do some still struggle to grasp this fundamental principle of the Kingdom? Why so much wandering when it comes to aligning with the heart of God to build His Church?
Building a mega-church is not based on human strategies, but on a divine vision. God never lets His servants move forward blindly; He gives them a clear revelation, a precise direction to move with speed and impact.
Write the vision and engrave it on tablets, so that it may be read easily. (Habakkuk 2:2)
When God wants to take His people far, He gives them a vision that propels! Without clear vision, it is impossible to raise a great work, and this vision must be embraced with unwavering determination.
This is why, if you leave a meeting, a seminar, a service, and you’re not able to answer this essential question—”What must I change right now?”—then you risk becoming a forgetful listener, a mere spectator, and not a builder. It is the concrete changes, the immediate actions, that make all the difference.
Look around you—how many have heard powerful messages, but never applied a single principle? Some have been exposed to monumental teachings, undergone trainings, participated in seminars… but where is the transformation?
Where God recognizes a heart ready to be lifted, it’s in its capacity to CHANGE upon encountering the revealed Word. Because God does not simply react to the fact that you heard Him, HE REACTS WHEN HE SEES CHANGES!
Loyalty is one of the most precious materials in building God’s work. Jesus, in Matthew 16:18, gives us an unshakable model for building the Church.
You are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Church. (Matthew 16:18)
Why a rock? Because you don’t build a mega-church on shifting sand, on unstable individuals who move from one place to another, from one conviction to another. The Church of Jesus Christ is built on stable people, grounded, loyal to a mission, to a vision, to a divine mandate.
You cannot say “Here is my pastor, here is my spiritual home,” and then tomorrow run off somewhere else the moment something displeases you. Look at Peter! Even though he fell, even though he denied Jesus, he possessed what Judas did not: the ability to come back and hold on to his calling!
God builds His Church with men and women who remain, who don’t vanish at the first difficulty, who are able to return to their place even after a fall.
If you want to be a builder of the Church, you must develop stability. The church that grows the most, that operates with power, is the one led by a pastor rooted in a clear vision, wearing indisputable faithfulness to the message and the anointing that was transmitted. A church cannot prosper on instability.
God does not entrust great things to those who are not faithful with little things.
Because you have been faithful in very little, receive authority over ten cities. (Luke 19:17)
The reason some remain stuck at a spiritual or ministerial level is their inability to demonstrate faithfulness with what they have already received.
Look at the story of Isaac in Genesis 26. How did he become a strong and prosperous man? Not by seeking something new, but by re-digging the wells that his father Abraham had already opened! He was a faithful son, rooted in the spiritual heritage he had received.
You who seek to build your future, who are seeking divine favor—can God trust you? Can He see in you someone He can count on to carry His vision? Can He place in your hands a church, a ministry, a responsibility, and be assured that you’ll remain faithful? Faithfulness is not an option; it is what opens the doors to promotion.
One of the greatest traps in the Church today is seeing believers who today are full of fire, faithful and committed… and then, a few months later, absent, silent, cooled down. Are you still doing what you used to do with the same fervor?
It is time to return to true commitment. It is time to re-dig the wells, to take seriously again what God has entrusted to you, to remain in what He has commanded you.
- Matthew 16:18 – The Church built on faithfulness
- Luke 19:17 – Promotion comes through faithfulness
- Habakkuk 2:2 – The vision is written and guides whoever runs
- John 15:16 – Bear fruit to remain blessed
Lord, I want to be faithful. You’ve entrusted me with gifts, a calling, opportunities. Help me not to be tossed by emotions or seasons of life. I choose today to be faithful with what You’ve given me. I stand before You and embrace the mission You have assigned to me.
If you have never given your life to Jesus, say this prayer in faith:
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe You died for my sins and that You rose again. Today, I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me in Your path. Amen.
