J4 – The Bride of Christ: the category of the untouchables – IC2025 – Apostle Yvan CASTANOU

I have found David

I have found David my servant. I have anointed him with my holy oil.

But Lord, why did You find him? Why David? Why an unknown shepherd, rejected, even forgotten by his own household? Because deep within that unassuming young man, God discerned a whole heart. A burning heart. A fused heart. The heart of the bride. And it is that very heart God is still searching for today: not natural excellence, not religious appearance, but the totality of a being consumed by love. The question is simple and piercing: do you have that heart? Are you one of those who cannot be stopped, who cannot be confined? Are you in the category the Holy Spirit is calling today: the untouchables, the bride?

The apostle Paul, he understood it too:

But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss… that I may gain Christ! (Philippians 3:7-8)

This is the cry of the bride. This is the longing of those in whom God can build everything. These are not slogans, this is not a trend. This is a total surrender for a person, not for things.

But beloved, where do we stand? Can God still find? Find in your heart what David would offer Him in the secrecy of the pasture: melodies for the King. Words bubbling with passion, invisible to the world but visible to heaven.

The bride category is not a natural elite, it is a category birthed from grace. It is a separate class, a race of redeemed, broken ones who have made God’s throne their only obsession and Jesus’ heart their only dwelling place. They are not spectacular in the eyes of the world, but feared in the spiritual realm.

The bride is not a theory. It is a spiritual position where Christ is everything. Everything! Not a part, not a Sunday morning, not three hours of night vigil. Christ is no longer an option, nor even a priority. He is the only reason. The only motive. The only fuel. And God is raising up, shaping, lifting such a category.

Why do so many Christians fail?

Because they live for things. Because they’ve been delivered, but continue to live centered on themselves. Bless me, heal me, give me. They come looking for marriage… and marriage itself becomes a spiritual prison. You got your child but abandoned the altar. You got your breakthrough, but lost your consecration. The blessings drew you away from the God of blessings. Is that truly the gospel?

There is a category whose inner life cries louder than their prayers. And their only cry is: “I no longer want to live for myself.”

Do you still come to God because of what He does, or for who He is? The bride prays, yes, but not with a spiritual grocery list. She prays to receive more… of Him. “Pour out more of Your presence. Pour Yourself out. I’m broken, I’m imperfect, but I long.” That’s the kind of prayer God hears. The one who understands that true worship is a connection, an act of intimacy, a cry for divine fusion. The bride does not pray for things; she cries for the Bridegroom.

Royalty is not for everyone

Understand this: the dimensions of royalty, of power, of spiritual dominion are not accessible to all believers. No. It is not an automatic right. It is those who suffer with Him who will reign with Him. The church that commands without submission, that cries out without surrender, will receive crumbs where the bride manifests the reign.

For only the bride can reign with the Bridegroom.

Do you understand why Paul could say:

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation? Or persecution? Or nakedness? Or danger? No. In all these things, I am more than a conqueror. (Romans 8:35-37)

He suffered, yes, but he was fused. A prisoner of Jesus. Even while chains tore into his hands, those chains never touched his heart. Because that heart belonged to one, and one only: Christ. And in that prison, Paul and Silas did not cry out JUSTICE! FREEDOM! No, they sang psalms to God. They declared their love. Result: a divine earthquake, an intervention from the jealous God! Because when the bride cries, heaven rises.

About midnight, Paul and Silas were praying… suddenly, there was a violent earthquake. (Acts 16:25-26)

You can fast, pray, command territorial spirits, attend night vigils… but there is a dimension where you don’t need to mention the enemy. When you touch the heart of God, He rises Himself. And in that moment, you become uncursable, indestructible, unstoppable. Not because of you, but because of the covenant that escorts you. When He says, “I have found,” even demonic powers know they’ve lost.

There are Christians who cannot be imprisoned, because their worship is a divine incantation. Their praise, a torment to hell. They are prisoners of the love of God. Do you want to know why they don’t weep despite barrenness, despite miscarriage, despite overdue bills? Because they have already received the greatest blessing: Christ! And those things they once considered gain, they now count as garbage.

Do you want to reign? Do you want your name to send tremors through darkness? Change the motivation of your worship. It’s not the length of your prayer, but the nature of your thirst. And the one who truly desires Him will no longer accept to coexist with bitterness, jealousy, spiritual mediocrity.

A new breed is rising

God is raising a people as real as they are hidden. Not Instagram influencers. No. Throne-room intercessors. Carriers of intimacy. A prophetic breed. A church no longer moved by the visible. A bride rooted in her relationship. A generation no longer impressed by titles, but possessed by one obsession: to see Christ formed within them.

Let’s pray together

Father, make me that kind of man. I don’t want to play church anymore. I no longer want to chase after gifts, blessings, breakthroughs, but after You. I want to be part of the bride race, the kind that cannot be caged or manipulated. Change my heart, uproot all mixtures, consume the pride, strip off the pretense. Plant in me the thirst for unbroken communion with You. I want to be that divinely prepared, possessed vessel, so that through me, the Church may manifest Your reign in this generation. Come saturate me. And through me, fulfill the eternal purpose of Your heart. Amen!

🙏 If you’ve never given your life to Jesus, pray this in faith:

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. Forgive my sins and transform me. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your presence and lead me into Your will. Amen.
