EN->J3 – THE AWAKENING OF THE YOUTH 1 – CM25 – Pastor Yannick DJATTI

Revival begins when someone takes responsibility

It wasn’t when Jesus spoke that they stood up. It wasn’t because they were pushed. It wasn’t because pressure was put on them. It was because something had changed within them. That morning, when they got up, the disciples said: “We’re no longer waiting for a new vision, we’re no longer waiting for a new prophecy. No! We have already heard the voice of the Master and now, we are TAKING responsibility.” That’s the true beginning of revival. Revival doesn’t begin when the fire falls. Revival begins when man takes responsibility.

Acts 1:14: All with one accord continued steadfastly in prayer.

This verse says there was no coercion. No one forced them—it was they themselves who decided to go and pray. Oh, there is a difference between someone who prays because they are pushed… and someone who prays because they are driven from WITHIN. That’s where revival starts.

But you, when will you stop waiting to be sent? When will you stop seeking blessings and start carrying the weight of God’s reign? God is calling you to bring down His glory, but not without your COMMITMENT. Not without your fire, not without your thirst, not without this word that says:

Here I am. Send me. (Isaiah 6:8)

God is looking for someone who can carry the pain of their generation—who will be able to say: “If You want to save my city, start with me!”

The times have changed. We are no longer in a season where emotions need to be manipulated for people to pray. No. The Holy Spirit is seeking available hearts, not programmable men. The fire doesn’t fall on those waiting for the rain… the fire falls on those who step onto the altar!

A revival begins when someone says YES

When someone grabs their bag, leaves their comfort zone, and withdraws to seek God. The verse says they returned to the upper room. Do you know what that means? They made a camp. A real camp. Not a conference, not a seminar. An immersion. Ten days. Not one hour. TEN DAYS. They stayed until. Until heaven marked them forever. Today, we want the glory of revival without living through its pain. We want to manifest the fire without going through the altar. But this morning, the Holy Spirit is setting you apart… He says to you: “Return to Jerusalem. Stay there. Stay until I come down with power.”

The camp spirit, the fire posture

The Church has forgotten something vital: fire doesn’t fall when we are distracted. It falls when men and women are TOGETHER, in one room, under one thirst, united in one cry.

Acts 2:1 – On the day of Pentecost, they were all together in one place.

When you read “all together”, hear in your spirit “spiritual camps.” That’s why there are atmospheres you will never get on a Sunday service. Because Sunday is for unbelievers, it’s for the curious. But camps are for disciples! Those who say to Jesus: “We have no agenda anymore. We are here until the cloud lifts.”

A camp is not an option. It is a strategy of fire. Because great spiritual waves are not born in uproar. They are born in retreat. Moses saw the burning bush in the wilderness. Paul received his revelations in Arabia. Elijah rekindled his fire on the restored altar. And you, you want to see glory without isolating yourself? Look at the early Church: they met every day.

Acts 5:12 – They were ALL together in the temple.

Acts 2:46 – They were EVERY day in the temple.

Every day! Not every Sunday. Every day! You want the fire to ignite?

  • Gather the youth.
  • Lock them in a room.
  • Remove the clock.
  • Forget the time.
  • And begin to sow the Scriptures.

You’ll see that fire is not witchcraft. Fire is the consequence of a posture. Fire is the result of a shared thirst.

A camp is the vehicle of the teacher’s anointing. Every day, Paul taught in the school of Tyrannus non-stop for two years. He spread the Word from morning till evening.

Acts 19:9–10 – All who lived in Asia heard the Word.

You want to see your nation touched? You want God to use you to influence your generation? Then do camps!

  • Organize retreats.
  • Gather five, ten, twenty young people.
  • Shut them in the Word for two, three days.

You’ll see that Heaven NEVER stays silent when young people seek, together, the glory of God. That is the true revival!

The weight of teaching in the fire of revival

Many have neglected the grace of teaching at length. We have formatted the Church for distraction, not for transformation. Today, we think that after 45 minutes, people disconnect. But Jesus spent his ENTIRE DAYS teaching.

Luke 21:37 – He taught during the day in the temple.

He taught until evening! This is not arrogance or forcing. It’s a divine model. Because the word taught long and consistently produces giants.

Acts 20:7 – Paul preached until midnight.

A young man fell from the third floor! And what did Paul do? He raised him from the dead…then WENT BACK UP AND KEPT TEACHING until morning.

Don’t tell me you want to serve God and you don’t love long sessions in the Word. That’s where true servants are born, true pillars, true teachers.

Acts 2:42 – They continued steadfastly in the apostles’ teaching.

Prayer came only fourth in that verse. Before prayer, there is teaching. A people who pray but don’t understand the Word will be emotional, unstable, and immature. But a people who have received sound doctrine will form a pillar in their nation.

You want to lead a revival?

  • Learn to teach, to speak in depth, to dissect the Scriptures.

2 Timothy 2:24 – The Lord’s servant must be able to teach.

You must be able. You must be precise. Your mouth must release the Word like a spring of life. And that, you learn in the fire. Some of you are going to receive the anointing to teach without ceasing. You’re going to speak for hours, under a thick anointing, where people will remain captivated—not by you, but by His fire.

Don’t limit God to your fatigue. This generation will be shaped by biblical profiles. People like Apollos, mighty in the Scriptures. This morning, God is placing a mantle of instruction upon hearts. Teaching women. Teaching men. A generation that speaks—but speaks Wisely and with depth. Yes, something is falling now. You can feel it. The fire of teaching is falling.

You must want more. You must say “yes” to this mission. You must take up your cross and say: “I rise, and I take my generational share. Lord, use me at my school, in my city, in my country… but for that, I want Your Word. Give me the ability to teach it as I should.”

Let us pray together

Lord, here I am. I stand before You with a thirsty heart. Ignite in me the flame of true commitment. Teach me to love Your Word more than my life. Let me become a teacher of fire, a watchman for my nation. Father, fill me again. I want to carry my part of the revival. I want to burn for You. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

🙏 If you have never given your life to Jesus, say this prayer in faith:

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe that You died for my sins and that You rose again. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me on Your path. Amen.

At the heart of the Bible

  • Luke 21:37 – Jesus spent His days teaching in the temple.
  • Acts 6:7 – The Word of God grew rapidly, and the number of disciples multiplied.
  • John 4:38 – One sows, another reaps.
