Hallelujah, glory to Jesus! God is raising up an army in this place, an army of fire, an army of power, an army that will carry His reign across the earth! We are not here for a mere religious meeting; we are here for the Kingdom of God to be made manifest, for the nations to be set ablaze with the fire of the Holy Spirit, for the name of Jesus to be revealed with power and demonstration of the Spirit! God is looking for men and women who are not satisfied with a lukewarm Christian life, a faith without impact, a walk without power – He is looking for witnesses filled with the fire of His Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19 – Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations…
This is not an option, it’s a command! Jesus didn’t ask us to stay locked up; He sent us out into the nations, into cities, into territories to establish His rule. But how do we do it? With what resources? With what capacity?
John 7:37-38 – If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.
Without the Spirit, without the power that comes from God, we are ineffective. But with His fire, we become arrows in His hand, instruments transformed for His glory! God wants to make you a bearer of fire, a soul conqueror, a powerful witness in your nation and in your sphere of influence.
Many want to see the power of God; they want to walk in the anointing, but they don’t understand that fire doesn’t fall randomly. For a spiritual wildfire to break out, there must be fuel, and that fuel is your thirst! God does not fill those who are already satisfied; He doesn’t give His fire to those comfortably seated in their religious routines. No! God is looking for the thirsty ones, those who want more, who refuse stagnation, who cry out to Him with burning, passionate hearts!
John 4:14 – Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst again.
This woman was thirsty, but she was trying to quench it through human relationships, through a succession of marriages that never filled her inner void. Jesus said to her: “Stop chasing after broken cisterns, come to Me, I am the true source!”
As long as your heart is turned toward trivialities, as long as you try to satisfy yourself with the things of this world, the fire of God cannot fall. You must renounce illusions, choose Jesus as your only source, reject spiritual substitutes, and run after God with perseverance. This thirst must become your daily prayer; it must tear you away from spiritual slumber; it must lead you to cry out: “Lord, I want Your fire! Consume my life, make me a torch for Your glory!”
You don’t receive the fire of God by being passive, waiting for something to happen someday. You must expose yourself to His presence, seek His face, intentionally position yourself under the action of the Holy Spirit.
1 Kings 18:33-38 – Elijah makes a powerful act: he arranges the burnt offering, soaks the altar with water, and then calls down fire from heaven.
This means that in the spiritual realm, water and fire go together. Water represents the Word of God, the thirst for His Spirit. The more you are filled with the Word, the more the fire will come upon you!
John 7:38 – He who believes in Me, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.
These are the rivers that attract the fire! Fill yourself with His Word, meditate on it day and night, feed your heart with the things from above, and you will be like dry wood, ready to be ignited with divine fire!
The fire does not fall on someone whose life is centered on themselves. God is looking for people who carry His burden.
1 Timothy 2:1-4 – Urges us to pray for kings and all who are in authority.
The intensity of your fire depends on the intensity of your commitment to God’s vision.
Jeremiah 29:7 – Seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to the Lord for it.
Get involved, carry the burden for your church, for your professional environment, for your nation. Be a fervent intercessor, burn for the salvation of souls, and your fire will never go out!
If you have never given your life to Jesus, say this prayer in faith:
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe that You died for my sins and rose again. Today, I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me in Your ways. Amen.
