Holy Spirit, we invite You, we implore You, we wait for You! Because without You, we can do nothing. Without You, our prayer is dry, our worship is hollow, our intercession is in vain. But when You come, when You descend, when You fill a place, everything changes, everything shifts, everything is transformed. So we invite You again, Holy Spirit! Manifest Yourself, take over this atmosphere, be exalted, be glorified!
Beloved, do you realize the extraordinary privilege we have of standing before God? Do you know that under the Old Covenant, only the high priest could enter the Holy of Holies, and that only once a year? The rest of the people had to stay at a distance. But when Jesus breathed His last on the cross, the temple veil was torn from top to bottom! What was once inaccessible has been made accessible, what was reserved for an elite has been offered to all who believe.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)
Beloved, never again take access to God’s presence for granted! Every time you stand before His throne, remember that the prophets, the patriarchs, the great men of faith longed ardently for what we now have as an incomparable privilege.
They searched, they inquired, but they did not have access to what we are experiencing! That is why Jesus declared:
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth. (John 4:23-24)
This time is now! This moment is today!
When you come into God’s presence, know that you are not making an audience with a man! This is not a president, an earthly king, or a head of state that you are meeting! No! Every time you bow down, you stand before the Supreme Judge, the One who reigns over the heavens, the One whose throne is founded on righteousness and justice.
Know this today: before Him, there is no corruption, there is no favoritism! He does not judge based on human opinion, He does not tilt justice in favor of the powerful! Where human justice fails, divine justice stands, incorruptible, inviolable!
For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment. (James 2:13)
If you are in Christ, then you are covered by divine mercy! And when you approach the throne, it is to obtain this mercy and find help in your time of need! Do you realize the privilege granted to you? Do you know that the access you have today has been denied to Satan?
Listen to me carefully! There is one fundamental reason why the enemy hates us, you and me. Why does he fight us so fiercely? Because we have access to God! Since his fall, Satan has been expelled from heaven, cast out of the divine presence, stripped of his glory!
And every time we draw near to God, it is a reminder of his failure, his defeat, his eternal banishment! He hates to see the redeemed approach the Lord with confidence.
And that is why he fights, why he struggles, why he relentlessly attacks! But blessed are you, covered by the blood of the Lamb, you who have the right to stand before God, you who are accepted where the enemy has been rejected! Understand the magnitude of the privilege you have been given, and never take it lightly again!
So today, let’s take a moment to thank the Father. Say with me:
Father, I give You thanks! Thank You for this extraordinary access to the throne of grace, thank You for the incredible honor of allowing me to meet You, to speak with You without an intermediary. Lord, I refuse to take this privilege lightly. I refuse to come into Your presence with carelessness. I want to be fully aware that every prayer lifted to You, every intercession before You, is a sacred act!
And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him? (Luke 18:7)
This week, we have cried out! This week, we have mobilized! We have prayed in the morning, at midnight, at noon; we have lifted our voices day and night, and I tell you today: God has heard!
Our prayers are not in vain! If witches can send words of curses that take effect, how much more we, in Christ, can send words of blessing and see Heaven manifest the glory of God on earth? Those who invoke Satan to bind souls simply use words; we invoke Jesus to snatch captives from the enemy’s grip!
So today, commit yourself before God. Say:
Father, I decide never again to despise the Church, I choose to value my brothers and sisters, to stand in the gap for them as they stand for me. I reject every spirit of division, criticism, and slander, and I proclaim unity in the Church, the strength of Your Body, in Christ! Amen!
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You! I believe that You died for my sins and that You rose again. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me in Your way! Amen.
