Young prodigy, are you there? Are you really there? Because this is not about coming, sitting, and waiting. It’s about being awakened, being positioned, being prepared for the call. Are you there? That was the cry of the Spirit that day — a prophetic cry — because God is not looking for spectators, He’s looking for heroes. Heroes who will come out of the shadows, heroes who will stop hiding, today’s Gideons that God is turning into deliverers. It’s not by chance that you came to this camp. It’s not just a date on a calendar. No! It is the divine appointment between a God who searches for heroes and a generation that has been asleep for too long.
The Bible says in Judges 6:12: “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.”

This declaration is not a heavenly exaggeration, it’s a prophetic proclamation. God speaks to Gideon while he’s hiding. He’s not on a battlefield. He hasn’t won any fights yet. He doesn’t feel strong. He doesn’t feel worthy. But God calls him a hero. Why? Because when God looks at you, He doesn’t look at your visible weaknesses. He looks at your hidden potential. He looks at who you will become when His presence is active in your life. He looks at what you become when His hand is upon you. He doesn’t call you “by what you are,” He calls you “by what you will become.” So rise up, mighty hero!
The world we live in is a system cleverly designed to lull young people to sleep instead of awakening them to their destiny. Social media, TV series, all kinds of distractions… The enemy of spiritual awakening is drowsiness. The devil doesn’t forbid you to believe, he just wants to keep you lukewarm. He wants you to believe a little, but never enough to make an impact. He wants you to pray a little, but never enough to overthrow his works. He wants you to be interested in God from a distance, just to keep one foot in and one foot out. But lukewarmness is a spiritual abomination.
Revelation: “Because you are lukewarm, I will spit you out.”
You want to stay on the frontline? You must be fiery. You must be ablaze. You must be transformed.
The youth of this generation are in an invisible war where every influence counts. We’re influenced by lies we see on Instagram — young people posing in front of washing machines pretending to be in a private jet. We’re being trained to chase fake standards, to run after an image and not a destiny. We cling to what shines without checking what burns inside. No, that’s not what it means to succeed in life! Success is not being famous. Success is fulfilling what God created you for. Success is walking exactly in the will of the One who made you. Do you want to be a young person who’s successful in the eyes of men, or a hero after God’s heart?
The theme given by the Lord for this edition of the Metamorphosis camp is not a slogan: it’s a spiritual decree. The awakening of youth. The awakening of heroes. Because in truth, God didn’t just say we’d be motivated. He didn’t just say we’d receive encouragements. He said awakening. And if God says awakening, that means there was slumber. And if He says heroes, that means there is a battle to fight, a victory to win, a nation to free, lives to restore. The awakening of heroes means that young people, once ignored, now despised, will tomorrow become pillars of the kingdom.
What men have despised, God calls precious. What the system labels as useless, He calls valuable. What you thought was a detail, God wrote as a foundation.
Look at Gideon: he’s at the bottom, in hiding, with a poor self-image. He says “I’m the smallest,” “my family is the poorest”… And God replies: “I will be with you.” That’s what makes the difference, that’s what turns an ordinary man into a hero. It’s not strength. It’s not appearance. It’s not beauty. It’s not even intelligence. It’s the presence of God. God is not looking for the best. He’s not looking for those who already know. He’s looking for those who are available. Those who come with thirst. Those who say: “I am weak, but I’m here. I’m nothing, but I show up. If You want me Lord, take all of me.”
If you want to become this hero, then you must be ready to pay the price. Metamorphosis means radical transformation. You cannot enter this camp and leave the same. When you walk through the furnace of prayer, the authenticity of God’s presence even transforms your speech. You used to speak aimlessly yesterday? Today, your words carry life. You used to criticize everything yesterday? Today, you bless. You used to flee intercession yesterday? Today, you weep for souls. Metamorphosis. That’s what God wants. He doesn’t just want to correct your language. He wants to transform your heart. He doesn’t want to smooth out your outer shell. He wants to reshape your character.
There’s a Gideon inside of you, young prodigy, and God doesn’t want to ignore him, He wants to awaken him. And that awakening won’t come just through emotion, but through thirst. Through a life of fervent prayer. Through a word that enters your heart and overturns the soil within you. You need to be willing to be confronted, disturbed, shaken, stirred, because God doesn’t flatter, God transforms.
This awakening that God is igniting is not for those who want to sing three songs and leave. No. It’s for young people who want to become carriers of fire.
Do you want to be that kind of young person?
Romans 8:19: Creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
God never wastes His words. He says “waits”, “eager”, “children revealed.” Not spiritual tourists. Not young people who swing between the world and God. He’s speaking of sons, of heirs. Young people who know they carry in them more than what they feel. More than trauma, more than wounds, more than disappointments. There is a divine seed in you. And the world is waiting for that seed to sprout, grow, and transform your environment.
Destinies are tied to you. You’re not here to check off attendance. You’re here because a cry rose to heaven: “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And you answered, knowingly or not, by putting your bag down here, by entering this place, by exposing yourself to His presence. God wants to train you. God wants to equip you. This camp is your transformation field. This camp is the ground of awakening.
Father, I’m here. Here I am. I am nothing without You. I admit it: I’ve been distracted, I’ve been lukewarm, I’ve been asleep. But today, I respond to Your call. Awaken in me the hero that You see. Awaken the fire. Awaken the thirst. Awaken the courage. Awaken the vision. Here I am like Gideon, weak, ordinary. But I know Your presence in me will make the difference. Fill me this week. Change me. Metamorphose me. I want to go home transformed. Spent for your glory.
