Come, Jesus, take Your place as King! Not just for a moment, not just on a Sunday, but now, here, in this place, in our lives, in our homes, in our hearts. Come, Jesus, sit on the throne that belongs to You. Not a secondary seat, not one option among many, but the whole place! The whole place, Lord, because without You, we can do nothing. Without You, we are nothing. A woman today needs You. A conqueror in this place is calling You. That is why our cry still resounds: Come, Jesus, take Your place as King!
Have you ever realized that without the presence of Jesus, everything you do is empty? Without His presence, you can move heaven and earth, you can organize all the conferences in the world, preach everywhere, run from fast to vigil, but nothing will bear fruit worthy of the Kingdom. Because the heart without Jesus is a vulnerable heart, exposed, torn. And that is not what God wants for you, woman of God. That is not what He expects from His conqueror.
Guard your heart, conqueror. Guard it above all else.
The battle of the conqueror begins here: inside. It’s not in Nîmes nor in Paris, nor in the hallway of a business that needs to be conquered first, it is your heart. Because from it flow the springs of life. Do you want to conquer your marriage, your health, your future? Then start with this conquest: the heart.
The conqueror is not a woman who pretends. She is not a woman intimidated by what she feels. She is not a woman hiding behind a religious veil while her heart is dry inside. No, the conqueror faces her heart. She dares to look at what is going on inside. Because she has understood that God looks at the heart!
From there flow the thoughts, the real ones, the ones you don’t tell your pastor. The ones you barely dare to confess in prayer. From there come jealousy, envy, pride—well disguised under false humility. Jesus said in Mark 7:21-23:
“It is from within, out of a person’s heart, that evil thoughts come—murder, adultery, pride…”
Yes, everything you think is just behavior, just personality, was first a seed planted in your heart.
You ask but you do not receive… Why? Because you ask with an impure heart. How many times have you stood in the presence of God, your mouth full of prayers but your heart full of comparison? You prayed but your heart said: “Lord, look at her, she just arrived at church, she’s not even faithful, not even helpful… and she finds a husband before me?” You come to claim your blessing, but you also come with an accusing look at your sister. Heaven does not respond to that kind of prayer. Heaven does not respond to hearts stained with jealousy, envy, and pride.
The conqueror is not just a fighter. She is a woman of God with a pure heart! You want to go and conquer your territory? Then you need to be purified. You want to open places of influence? You want to walk in high places? Do not ascend that mountain with hatred in your heart. Do not go up there with thoughts of comparison.
Psalm 24 says:
“Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart.” (Psalm 24)
You want to dwell on God’s mountain? Then let’s work on your heart!
You want to claim ownership over a territory? But you come with the greed of a carnal builder. Your heart just wants to show others that you too have. That you too can. But you forget that as long as you act out of pride, God resists. Humility precedes glory. It’s not display that will elevate you, my sisters, it’s humility. A conqueror doesn’t shout in the markets saying: “Look at me, I’m strong!” No, she stands before God, she is strong because the Lord is in her. Her heart is stable. Her heart is hidden in Him!
How many times have you prayed just because your neighbor got a new car? How many times have you coveted another woman’s calling, house, husband, business? How many times have you found yourself crying out to God in prayer, but at the core of your heart, it was competition speaking? “Me too!” you said. That simple phrase is like poison hidden in the folds of your white prayer robe: a seven-day fast driven by bitterness is worthless before God.
Conqueror, God is sculpting a new generation of women. Women who have understood that what matters first is not position, nor title, nor even visible accomplishments. What matters, is purity before the throne. What matters is to have a heart like Hannah’s.
Peninnah humiliated her every day. Every day! There was no respite from her harassment. But Hannah did not raise her voice! Hannah did not waste her time on social media trying to humiliate the other. No. Hannah cried… but in the presence of God. And there, before God, she didn’t say: “Avenge me!” She said, “If You give me this child, he will be for Your glory.” That is a pure heart. That is the heart of a conqueror.
Can you say the same? That you want this blessing not to flaunt it but to give it back to God? Is the healing you are asking for really to serve God better or to walk more confidently down the mall aisles? Is the promotion you are demanding meant to influence for the Kingdom or to boast before your family? Examine your heart!
“They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior.” (Psalm 24)
When God answers, it’s because He has deemed your heart righteous.
The conqueror with a pure heart prays with the right motives. She’s not seeking to be seen. She prays for the glory of Jesus to be made manifest on earth.
You want to go far? Prepare your heart better. You want to carry something glorious? Prepare your heart. Because if your heart remains unclean, you won’t endure. You’ll start strong, you’ll shine like a shooting star, but you won’t last. One tongue is enough to discourage you. One mockery pushes you into bitterness. Someone else’s promotion throws you into resentment. You won’t endure, conqueror, if your heart isn’t pure.
So, invest in your heart. That’s where the conquest begins. That’s where the foundations are built. Be that woman who cries in the secret place for her heart to be kept far from pride, far from jealousy, far from carnal foolishness. Be that conqueror who’s not trying to prove anything to anyone. Be that woman who no longer has anything to prove because she no longer has anything to lose. All she wants is for God to be glorified!
Don’t get swept away by appearances, by the noise, by human validation. Do you want God to elevate you? Then take on this posture of permanent repentance. The conquest begins with the purification of the heart!
Lord, I no longer want to come before You with a stained heart. Purify me! Give me a new heart, a heart full of humility, a heart filled with love. May all comparison, all jealousy, all envy, all greed leave my life. I want to do nothing for my own glory. Lord, become my only goal, my only desire. I want to be that conqueror with a pure heart who rises for Your Kingdom!
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe that You died for me and that You rose again. Come into my life, purify me, transform me, and make me a new heart. Be my Savior, my Lord, forever. Amen.
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. Forgive my sins and transform me. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your presence and lead me in Your will. Amen.
