Beloved, you cannot afford to live this year 2024 like the previous ones! This is not an ordinary year, it is a LOADED year! His mercies are renewed every morning, and God has decreed an abundant harvest over your life. But let me tell you a truth: what God has reserved for you will not fall from the sky if you do not seize it with spiritual violence.
From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. (Matthew 11:12)
So ask yourself this question: Are you ready to develop the elements that will make your year a success according to God?
There are six essential pillars that you must cultivate in 2024. If you do not put them in place, do not be surprised if your year looks like a desert instead of an abundant harvest.
The first thing you must cultivate is the presence of God in your life. Without His presence, everything else is in vain!
I am with you always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:20)
This means that He is there, He walks with you, He lives in you through the Holy Spirit. But the question is: are you aware of His presence?
Cultivating the presence of God means nurturing a constant awareness that He is with you. If you realize that God is present, you can no longer say that you are alone because He is there at every moment. You would not react to circumstances as if you were abandoned! When a son or daughter of God lives in this reality, his way of thinking changes. He no longer lets fear, worry, or doubt infect his heart because he knows that God is with him.
But let me tell you another truth: if you are aware of His presence, then you will be careful not to grieve Him. The Holy Spirit is sensitive; He is a person with feelings! That is why you must watch over your words, your thoughts, and your actions. God is there, He hears, He sees.
So in 2024, if you want to live in the fullness of His glory, cultivate His presence every day!
A year of mountains without the Word of God is a wasted year.
Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. (Matthew 4:4)
The Word of God is your spiritual food. Do you want to be strong? Feed yourself properly. A Christian who does not read the Bible is a spiritually anorexic Christian. You pray, you worship, but your spirit is weak.
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night… then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. (Joshua 1:8)
Decide today to be a man or woman of the Word. Open the Bible, meditate on it, write it down, repeat it, obey it!
Make a radical decision in 2024: more of the Word! Set times to dive into the Scriptures. If you have time for social media, TV shows, and useless discussions but do not have time for the Word, then do not complain if you are spiritually weak.
Do not be just a listener!
Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. (James 1:22)
The power of God is not released through knowledge but through application.
If 2023 was a year of prayer, then in 2024, double the intensity!
Pray without ceasing. (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
Jesus Himself spent entire nights in prayer, and you think you can reign without elevating your prayer life? Impossible!
Prayer is the oxygen of your spirit. A Christian without a prayer life is a spiritual corpse on borrowed time.
Develop corporate prayer as well! Join the church’s prayer movement. Surround yourself with spiritual warriors, and together, storm heaven!
Be fruitful and multiply. (Genesis 1:28)
Every child of God must leave a mark on the earth.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
Do you want God to be glorified through you? Then be productive. Use your talents, create, work, innovate, build.
In 2024, stop comparing yourself to others.
Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage. (Psalm 84:6)
Your neighbor is advancing? Glory to God, but that should not intimidate you. Maybe you are in the phase where God is still building your foundations—do not be discouraged.
Father, today I decide to fully commit myself to this year 2024. I refuse stagnation! Lord, fill me with Your presence, strengthen me in Your Word, make me a faithful doer, ignite my prayer life, make me productive, and give me the discipline to follow my path without deviation. Let this year be a year of glory and intensity with You, in Jesus’ Name, Amen!
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe You died and rose again for my sins. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me. Amen!
