Are we truly expecting to see the glory of God triumph on the earth? Do you want to be an instrument that shakes the powers of darkness? Listen carefully: nothing is triggered without prayer, nothing is manifested without intercession! Those who want to see the Kingdom of God prevail must embrace the life of prayer with passion, perseverance, and sacrifice.
Isaiah 66:8: As soon as Zion was in labor, she gave birth to her children.
Zion represents the Church, and the Church will never give birth to souls, revivals, and transformations without going through the pains of labor. That is why God is seeking men and women today who will rise as intercessors, as watchmen positioned on the walls, as sentinels who will not remain silent day or night until the glory of the Lord covers the earth as the waters cover the sea.
There is a war for the soul of the nations, and it is a spiritual war. Will you be among those who remain passive? Or will you be among those who unleash the power of God through fervent and strategic prayer?
Whether for a nation, a church, a family, or a personal destiny, everything begins with intercession. It is impossible to see changes in the visible world if we have not first secured them in the invisible realm. Jesus was the ultimate intercessor. Before every great manifestation, every explosion of miracles, every advance of the Kingdom, He interceded.
Luke 11:21-22: When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are safe. But when someone stronger than he attacks and overpowers him, he takes away the armor in which the man trusted and divides up the spoils.
This means that souls are held captive by spiritual forces. But when the Church becomes aware of its authority and prays with power, the strong men are stripped, the captives are set free, and souls come to Christ.
Paul demonstrated this in Acts 19: he evangelized all of Asia Minor despite the opposition from local idols. Why? Because he didn’t just preach. He prayed with zeal. He shook the spiritual foundations of the region. Even the idol craftsmen noticed it: “This man has turned many people away from Diana!” They understood that Paul was not just making eloquent speeches but was operating with a superior power that made the city’s spiritual strongholds tremble.
Nothing changes without intercession. The Church that prays little births little. The Church that prays much births entire generations for Christ.
Ezekiel 22:30: I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one.
What a tragedy when God finds no one to intercede! Darkness spreads because there are not enough intercessors. Corruption prospers, scandals invade our societies, our families collapse under the enemy’s assaults—not because the devil is too powerful, but because the Church sleeps.
Matthew 6:10: Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
This is not just a phrase to recite; it is a cry from the heart, a declaration of war against the systems of Satan that have taken control of souls and nations.
The Church cannot be content with merely existing. The Church must govern spiritually. We are not here to endure evil; we are here to stop it! We have been made kings and priests for God (Revelation 1:6). A king reigns. A priest intercedes. You, as a child of God, must reign in prayer! You must enforce God’s will in your generation, in your family, in your nation!
John 12:32: And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.
This is a certain promise, but it will not be fulfilled until intercessors rise up to declare: “Your kingdom come, Lord!”
Why call for God’s reign? Because as long as His divine rule is not established, other forces will reign. Who governs in your family? In your neighborhood? In your city? Darkness? Or the Kingdom of God through your prayers?
Romans 14:17: The kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Where there is no righteousness, God is not reigning. Where there is no peace, God is not reigning. Where there are only tears, suffering, and oppression, someone else is reigning. The enemy must be expelled, and we must call upon the power of God until His reign is established.
🙏 If you have never given your life to Jesus, say this prayer with faith:
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe that You died for my sins and that You rose again. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me in Your path. Amen.
