13643-EN- J2 – From Vulnerable to Invincible – KHAYIL2025 – Ps Yemisi ASHIMOLOWO

From vulnerable to invincible: the word of God makes you unstoppable

You are too powerful to fail. Too powerful for the enemy to defeat you. That’s what it means to be invincible. Indestructible. Unbeatable. Unstoppable. Does anyone here know what that means? Is there anyone here who can celebrate that God has made them invincible? Say it with me: “I am invincible!”

But are you aware of who you truly are? Do you know that nothing can bring you down if God is with you?

God sheds His light upon us tonight through His Word in Jeremiah 1:18–19. He says to Jeremiah:

Today I have made you a fortified city, an iron pillar and a bronze wall… They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you to rescue you.

This promise isn’t just for Jeremiah. It is for you, for me, for every woman called by God to rise with strength and authority.

God is leading you from a place of vulnerability, insecurity, fear, to a place of power, boldness, and destiny. Tonight, He wants you to realize you are not alone. You are built to endure!

Do not tremble before them

Yes, the attacks will come. Yes, people will rise against you. Yes, there will be hostile faces. But the Word of God tonight is:

“Do not tremble before them.”

Because the truth is, if you tremble before them, it is God Himself who will shake you. You need to understand that it is Him who sends you. Not people. Not your boss, nor your entourage, nor your past. It is God who established you. So rise up, stand up, dress up, show up! Say what He told you to say!

Stop apologizing for your calling. Stop trying to please everyone. You are too marked by God’s mission to live in fear of their reactions! He said: “I will deliver you.” He did not promise the absence of warfare, but He guaranteed the victory. They will fight you, but they will not win. They will try, but they will fail.

You are a fortified city, an iron pillar, a bronze wall

Can you feel the power of that divine image? God doesn’t play when He speaks. A fortified city withstands. It is not fragile, it doesn’t shatter at the slightest impact. It is unbreachable. An iron pillar does not bend under pressure. You are not a twig tossed about by the wind. You are a strong, upright pillar, worthy. And a bronze wall makes you able to withstand words like arrows, criticisms that feel like bullets. It’s not just physical weapons. There are words, looks, silences that wound. But God says:

The bullets won’t break through! You are bulletproof. Hallelujah!

Some people cannot handle that God is working in your life. They don’t want to celebrate you. That’s their problem. I said: that’s their problem! Keep obeying God. They are not the ones who called you. They didn’t send you. So why slow down because they don’t applaud you? The battle is not yours. It belongs to God. And when He begins to fight for you, you might even say: “Lord, that’s enough. Let them go, they’ve learned their lesson.” Because God’s vengeance is perfect.

There is a price to pay for glory

Many want to be seen, honored, applauded, but refuse to pay the price. Elevation comes after the sacrifice. We want the Dr., but not the sleepless nights. We want the grace, but not the fight. Don’t be jealous of what God is doing in your sister’s life. You don’t know the tears she cried at the foot of the throne. You don’t know the hours of intercession, the betrayals, the silent loneliness. You don’t always see it, but behind the anointing is the crushing. What God is doing is because they said yes. They endured. They persevered.

And after you have suffered a little while, God Himself will restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

From vulnerable to invincible

You were vulnerable, defenseless, exposed. You thought no one would protect you. You believed your story would end there. But God says no. He chose you. He cherished you and He strengthened you. You are an invincible woman. And an invincible woman is one whose faith, courage, purpose cannot be shaken. She draws strength from God to face her challenges. Yes, you will cry. Yes, you will question. Yes, you will feel weak.

But remember that the joy of the Lord is your strength. Remember that He doesn’t change. He already delivered you before, He’ll do it again!

The invincible woman is rooted in her identity

She knows who she is. Not because of her degrees or status. Not because of her social position. She knows who she is because of Who dwells within her. Proverbs 31 says:

She is clothed with strength and dignity; she laughs at the days to come.

You think that’s a joke? No! She is secure, not because her life is perfect, but because she knows WHO is with her.

  • She builds a wall of prayer.
  • She feeds on the Word.
  • She climbs mountains, not by walking alone, but by staying connected with other women of faith.

Invincible women do not walk alone. They support one another. They intercede. They stand for one another.

Battles do not signal failure, they reveal glory

The invincible woman expects the battle. Because the enemy never attacks what is empty. He attacks what is loaded, what is destined. He knows what God is going to do through you. That’s why he’s raging. And sometimes the attacks rise from within the church itself. But you will stand. You are built to endure. You are like Deborah, strong under pressure; Huldah, wise in a critical moment; Hannah, constant in prayer; Mary, surrendered to God despite her calling.

The invincible woman submits to God

She does not exalt herself over others. She does not question the calling God placed on her sisters. She doesn’t say, “Does God only speak through her?” No. She remains humble. She balances authority and humility. She knows that if she is here, it’s by grace. Nothing else. Character matters more than spiritual gifts. You may prophesy, preach, raise the dead, but if you are prideful, God can’t do anything with you.

Celebrate God in the small victories. Even if you never hold a microphone. What you do shifts things in the unseen.

Live with supernatural confidence

The invincible woman does not tremble. She doesn’t run from her mission. She doesn’t flee from intimidating faces. She stands, because she knows God will deliver her. You want confidence? God says:

I am with you. I will deliver you.

Even in your boat in the midst of the storm, remember He is there. You can sleep when He is present.

Let’s pray together

Father, I choose to believe Your Word. I declare that I am not weak, I am strong in You. I am not abandoned, I am accompanied by Your presence. I am an iron pillar, a bronze wall. Even when I tremble, even when I doubt, I declare courage. I stand like a fortified city. Whatever they say, whatever they do, I shall not fall. For You are with me, and You will deliver me. I am invincible. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Lord Jesus, I want to follow You with all my heart. I believe You died for my sins and rose for my victory. Today, I accept You as my Savior and my Lord. Lead me into my destiny and make me an invincible woman. Amen.

Lord Jesus, I recognize that I need You. Forgive my sins and transform me. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your presence and lead me in Your will. Amen.
