13516-EN- J4 – Being Invincible in the Spirit – KHAYIL2025 – Missionary Audrey MACK

Being invincible in the Spirit

I woke up this morning with this burning phrase in my heart: it’s not the flesh that wins the battle, it’s the Spirit. My sisters, my brothers, in this restless generation, where attacks rain down from all sides, it’s time to live INVINCIBLE in the Spirit! Because yes, Jesus never promised a life without tribulation. On the contrary, He said:

In this world you will have trouble… but take heart, I have overcome the world! (John 16:33)

The question is NOT whether we will go through battles

The real question is: how will we respond? In panic mode? In the flesh? Or will we position ourselves in the REST of the Spirit, in the JOY of the Holy Spirit, in the supernatural PEACE of God? Because you know what? That’s when we become dangerous to the enemy. We become invincible.

Our invisible but unstoppable weapon

Yesterday, we talked about Exercising our authority. Today, I’m taking you further! Because authority is only powerful when it is exercised in the Spirit. Hell doesn’t tremble when you scream. No! The devil is not impressed by your decibels, but he is TERRIFIED when you remain in peace. When you stay joyful. When you refuse to panic.

Philippians 1:28 says: Do not be frightened in anything by your opponents: this is a sign to them that they will be destroyed, but that you will be saved.

In other words, you stay calm, you stand firm… and hell collapses.

I know what it means to have to conquer fear when things are falling apart. For over a year, my hair was falling out in handfuls. For a woman, that’s hard. Very hard. I remember that moment in the shower, I had whole clumps in my hands. It was humiliating, it was terrifying. And right then I heard the voice of the Spirit: “Audrey, DO NOT PANIC.” Why? Because if I remain in peace, I remain in the Spirit.

And my friends, I obeyed. I laid my emotions at the foot of the cross. I put on a fake ponytail, even though it wasn’t part of my culture. And I held on. A year later, my hair grew back. I even had to cut it twice!

See, it wasn’t about hair. It was a spiritual lesson: STAY IN PEACE, because peace connects you to the Spirit. And in the Spirit, you are invincible.

Entering the rest is not falling asleep, it’s obeying

Being in the Spirit also means being in rest. But not the kind of rest that watches Netflix all day. No. The real rest is the one Jesus describes in Matthew 11:28-30.

Come to me, all you who are weary, and I will give you rest… take my yoke upon you and learn from me… and you will find rest for your souls.

Do you hear that? Rest comes from listening. From submission. From practical faith.

And in Hebrews 4 it says that “the one who enters God’s rest ceases from his own works.” STOP the works of the flesh! STOP human strategy!

Want to see God move?

  • Start listening.
  • Receive His instruction.
  • Obey, even if it sounds crazy.

Like those servants at Cana. Jesus told them: fill the jars with water. What? We need wine! But they obeyed. And the water became wine. The miracle came from simple obedience.

Want your breakthrough? It’s on the other side of your obedience.

God’s language: praying in tongues

And this is where I want to take you… into this supernatural dimension of praying in tongues. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:2:

The one who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men, but to God… he utters mysteries by the Spirit.

It’s a direct channel between you and God. A divine language, a heavenly code the devil can never decode.

When you pray in tongues, you infuse the fire of God into your situation.

Proverbs 20:5 says: The purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out.

How? By dropping the bucket of prayer in the spirit. It’s in those moments that God reveals His strategies to you.

That’s how, in the middle of the night, I was awakened to pray for my brother. I obeyed. I prayed over and over in tongues. I didn’t understand a thing. But at the end, I knew. I knew death was leaving the room. And a few minutes later, I called him. And he told me: “Jesus is here… He wants my attention.” I led him to salvation. A few hours later, he died physically. But his name was written in the Book of Life.

Pray in tongues, even when it doesn’t make sense. Especially when it doesn’t make sense. Because this language was born in the fire of Pentecost. And it is the KEY to our invincibility.

Breaking depression by the Spirit

You know what I’ve discovered? Praying in tongues also crushes depression. Once, in Ethiopia, alone, far from everything, while America was celebrating Thanksgiving, I felt isolated… forgotten. Every emotion was there. But the Holy Spirit told me: “Get up. Pray in tongues.” And I obeyed. Ten minutes later, a wave of joy burst forth in me. My outlook changed. My perspective changed. I was set free.

This is life in the Spirit. We don’t let our emotions run wild like an unbridled horse. We stop them! We pray in tongues. And everything changes. Depression turns into praise. Fatigue becomes strength.

Romans 8:11 says that the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead gives life to our bodies.

Feeling exhausted? Pray in tongues, and the Holy Spirit will release endorphins, energize your body, refresh your soul.

A communication line the devil cannot block

Understand this! When you pray in French, the devil hears you. He anticipates. He counterattacks. But when you pray in tongues, he has no access. It’s a direct line to the Father’s heart.

That’s why in every war, the enemy’s first move is to cut off the lines of communication. But here, my friends, this heavenly language prevents all interception. It’s the Holy Spirit who intercedes according to the perfect will of God… and when He does,

All things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28)

But this verse isn’t for everyone. It’s for those who PRAY in the Spirit!

Every prayer in tongues is a seed in the unseen. A silent but POWERFUL weapon. Your life will start coming into realignment when you let the Spirit pray through you.

Let’s pray together

Father, I refuse to fight in panic. Today I choose to enter your rest, through your peace, your joy, and your Spirit. Fill my mouth with divine prayers. Teach me to pray in tongues, to position myself in victory, to fight with wisdom from above. I want to follow You in every instruction to see Your peace, Your power, and Your victory flood my life. I thank You for the Holy Spirit, for His strength and His fire.

If you’ve never received your prayer language:

Lord Jesus, I believe You died for me. Today, I receive salvation and accept You as my Lord. Fill me now with the Holy Spirit and give me this language of fire. I’m ready to pray in the supernatural, to live in living communion with You. In Jesus’ name, amen!
