No, I will not die. I will live. I will declare the works of my Savior! I will declare the thoughts of my Savior! How great is your name, oh God! Infinite, inexhaustible, marvelous, glorious… This song hasn’t left me since Friday! Why? Because in Him, I find life. In Him, I find faith. In Him, I find the strength to walk again, to stand again, to keep going no matter what.
But let’s ask ourselves this question today: why is it that so many children of God struggle to move forward on the path God has set out for them? Why do they feel stuck? Why do they stagnate in their spiritual life? Why, despite the prayers, the conferences, the services, do their souls remain weakened? The answer, Church, is found in one word: FAITH.
Colossians 2:6-7 – “Therefore, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, overflowing with thankfulness.”
You received Jesus? That’s good. But now, WALK IN HIM!
Salvation is not the end. It’s the starting point.
You received salvation by faith. Not by your works. Not your fasts. Not your ten thousand hours of prayer. No. You are saved by a sovereign intervention of God. You did not earn it. You did not pay for it. He is the one who drew you to Jesus.
John 6:44 – No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws them.
You thought it was because of your zeal? Your discipline? No. It was GRACE.
And that same faith, that same grace, is what must accompany you every day to walk with God.
You cannot walk with the Holy Spirit without faith. You cannot expect to move forward in your season of growth without anchoring your steps in absolute trust in the One who saved you.
But be careful! The risk is to forget. Forget what you received. Forget the power of that salvation. The Christian can be seduced. He starts to chase after other things: miracles, money, positions. These are not necessarily bad in themselves. But if you abandon the source for the form, you lose your soul. At first, you wanted to walk with God. But one day, you realize you’re running after perishable crowns.
And this is where many fall into Satan’s trap. Because what he targets is your faith. Not your bank account. Not your marriage. Not your ministry. What he goes after is YOUR SOUL. If he attacks your health, it’s to rob your FAITH. If he comes against your family, it’s to dry you out SPIRITUALLY. Because he knows—hear me well—he knows that if you give up your faith, you give up eternal life.
Hebrews 10:38 – But the righteous one will live by faith.
Faith is not a small detail in the Christian life. It’s the foundation of everything. It is through it that you are justified. You can preach with anointing, prophesy with accuracy, fast like Moses, but if you don’t have faith, all your exploits are just wind!
And this faith, God wants you to understand it. God wants you to live it. God wants you to wear it like a mantle. Many Christians today are performing, but they no longer walk in faith. They carry out spiritual tasks without conviction. They sing without faith. They serve without faith. And they don’t understand why God seems silent. It’s because they have left the dimension of living faith!
Have we truly understood it?
Hebrews 11:1 – Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
It’s not optimism. It’s not positive thinking. It’s not believing that everything will be fine. No. It is a firm assurance. An inner conviction. A full trust. A full trust in what God has said, even when your reality says the opposite.
What does that mean? It means that by faith, you live what your eyes have not yet seen. You act as if the promise is already fulfilled. You pray, you sow, you grit your teeth, you keep worshiping— even when the pain is intense. Why? Because you know that God is faithful.
Faith is also the ability to greet God’s promises from afar, without frustration, without murmuring. It is that posture in which you can say: “Lord, I see nothing. But I know You are moving. I bless Your name. I continue to honor You, even in silence.”
Abraham left without knowing where he was going. He left everything he had on a single word. Moses built a tabernacle based on a pattern he only saw in the invisible. They acted with a heavenly consciousness in an earthly world. That is true faith.
You can’t claim to have it if you neglect the Word.
You say you believe without reading the Bible? You believe without praying? You believe without applying? That doesn’t exist, my brother. You must grow in faith. Exercise your faith. Nourish it. Because faith also atrophies if it’s not exercised.
When you feel fear, confusion, doubt, it’s not because God has left. No. It’s often because your faith is fragile. It hasn’t been fed. And today, God is saying to you: come back.
Romans 10:17 – So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
God is seeking mighty heroes. Men and women who will walk according to His truth, not according to what they see. Men who will obey even without understanding. Women who will say: “I give up everything to gain Christ.” Young people who will give up temporary pleasures to step into their destiny.
So today, choose. Do you want to walk with God? Do you want to live in intimacy with the Holy Spirit? The first condition, is faith. It is what guarantees your intimacy.
And from the heart of God, this word is coming today: My child, return to living faith. Come back to total trust in Me. Don’t let the circumstances define your level of faith. It is by faith that you will overcome. It is by faith that you will stand. It is by faith that you will see My glory.
So lift your voice today. Break the silence. Truly pray.
Father, thank You for Your unfathomable love. Today, I choose to return to You. I declare that my faith will be alive. Not a lifeless ceremony, but a life of intimacy with You. Lord, I want to surrender completely into Your hands. No matter what I’m going through, I choose to walk by faith. Ignite the fire, set my heart ablaze, strengthen my spirit, so that I do not retreat. I want Christ to live fully in me. Use my faith to set lives free. Use my faith to release Your power! In Jesus’ name, amen!
If you’ve never given your life to Jesus Christ, today is the day. We don’t play with eternity.
Lord Jesus, I come to You just as I am. Forgive my sins. Purify my heart. Come into my life. I receive You as MY LORD and my SAVIOR. Fill me with Your love. From now on, lead me in Your truth. Thank You because I am saved. Thank You because I am a child of God. Amen.
