“Wake up, young person, wake up!” Can you hear this call?
It’s a cry. A cry from heaven. A cry that spans generations, a cry that shakes souls. Because it’s no longer just about preaching, it’s no longer just about singing — it’s about RISING UP! Taking our place in the battle of the final harvest. Matthew 9:36-38 says:
When He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.”
The harvest? It is immense. It is already ready. It groans. It screams silently. But the Master is looking for His workers. Who will stand up? Who will answer? Who will take their place?
We are witnessing a spiritual phenomenon of unprecedented scale. The signs are clear: never before have so many young people been so agitated, lost, discouraged. Multitudes in anxiety, depression, fear. And it’s no longer just the so-called rich nations, not just the western countries. No! Even in Africa, even in our churches, even on our benches, young people are under pressure. Oppressed, bound, overwhelmed.
And why this inner turmoil? Because this generation feels out of place, out of divine positioning. They are desperately looking… for a shepherd. A direction. A voice. A model.
And while the Church watches, while the Church sleeps, false shepherds arise! They are called “influencers,” “coaches,” “mentors,” “motivators,” “trendsetters,” “light guides.” While the young search for a voice, these lift theirs loud, and the starving harvest follows them. Why? Because no one else is speaking to them. Because those who should be reaching them are asleep!
You want proof? Look at the corners of TikTok, nonstop livestreams, influencers pretending to be animals while being paid, and the crowd goes wild. An intoxicated harvest. A disoriented generation diving into the arms of anything that offers them a hint of attention. Why? Because THEIR shepherds are absent.
But this harvest, it has a Master. Not a human master. A glorious Master. The Lord of the harvest. The Good Shepherd. The King of glory. The One who finished it all. The One who weeps over wandering souls. His name is Jesus of Nazareth. He is alive! And tonight His cry is: “Where are My workers?!”
Heaven groans. The Son groans. And yet, John 10:10 is still true:
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.
This is Satan’s plan: to steal the harvest. He too has risen with his workers of wickedness. He has armed the youth of the world. He has poured out a DEMONIC ANOINTING. Exceptional. Dangerous. It draws the crowds. Those who should be running to the Church are running toward Babylon.
You wonder. “But Lord, aren’t there thousands preaching? Haven’t I seen young people launching ministries? Don’t they have YouTube channels, Instagram pages, livestreams on Facebook?” And yet, heaven says: “There are FEW workers.” Why? Because many preach, but how many carry God’s HEART? How many weep for souls? How many carry the pain of heaven?
It’s not a matter of talent. It’s not a matter of platform. It’s not a matter of gifts. It’s a matter of burden! “Pray the Lord of the harvest to send”… That word is violent. That word means: “to cast out, to force out.” In the original Greek, the word used for “send” is ekballo: to be THRUST OUT by supernatural force!
You are going to EXPLODE. You will be RELEASED. You will be LAUNCHED. Because this is not the time for speeches, this is the time for mobilization.
But to whom will the Master give this harvest? To those chasing fame? No. The Lord is looking for who? Servants. Men, women, and young people who are ready to carry His heart, His burden, His purpose. In Psalm 89:20-21, God says:
I have found David, My servant; I have anointed him with My sacred oil.
It’s not after the battle that God calls him a hero. No. He is a hero simply because he was found faithful.
God doesn’t qualify the perfect. He doesn’t choose those who have done great things. He chooses hearts. He looks for heroes. And these heroes are ordinary young people, like you, who simply say “Here I am.” God says: “I have ANOINTED him with My holy oil. My hand will sustain him, My arm will strengthen him, and the enemy will not surprise him anymore!”
Look at Gideon. He had accomplished nothing. He was hiding. And God calls him… “MIGHTY warrior!” Why? Because God already saw what He would do through him. God bets on hearts, not résumés.
I’m speaking to you about this war, because it is real. And it’s not fought only from the pulpit. No! God is raising up workers in:
He tells me: “I will show My glory through young deputies, senators, ministers. I am drawing to them a massive harvest. One day, ministries will no longer need advertising. The IGNORED of yesterday will become the spiritual giants of tomorrow. I am raising up My heroes.”
Wake up! Yes, YOU! In your business, in your neighborhood, in your school. God wants to release an UNDOMINABLE anointing. An anointing that strikes fear into the kingdom of darkness. Like those who launch “trends,” you will carry heavenly chills. Loaded… with the fire of God. Loaded… with the weight of Glory. Loaded… with love for souls.
I see it! It’s already beginning! 2030 will be a pivotal year. A generational shift. A divine uprising. Young people under 40 will take their place in:
The people themselves will ask for these young leaders because the anointing is upon them. God will have placed His name upon them. They will be loved, followed, called, FOCUSED. This is no rumor; it’s a decree from heaven. Because they will carry the harvest.
And with the souls… will also come the resources.
Isaiah 60: The nations will come to your light… the wealth of the nations will come to you.
I say this to you by the Spirit: some of you here will be so blessed that you will become financial channels for the Kingdom. Companies with thousands of employees will rise up. Not for self-glory, no. But to carry God’s projects.
But God is not looking for lovers of money. He’s looking for lovers of souls. Young people who won’t tremble at glory. Passionate, consecrated servants, CENTERED on Jesus.
Wake up, young person! There’s a war for the harvest. There’s a war for souls.
Father, I stand before You, awakened. Lord, I feel Your call burning in my gut. So here I am! I answer, like Isaiah: “Here I am! Send me!” Deliver me from anything holding me back, from every fear, every inner blockage, every ancestral tie. Break my chains. And make me a qualified worker, a sharpened instrument in Your hands. Consecrate me. Ignite me. I want Your heart for souls. I want Your vision for this generation. Make me a hero in Your battle for the final harvest.
