Living in abundance in order to share it – Ps Éric Célérier – Royal Business Event 2025

Living in abundance to share it

God is the first entrepreneur! The One who, in the beginning, launched the most colossal project of all: the creation of heaven and earth.

And He didn’t stop there. He undertook to redeem us, to restore us, to entrust us with an eternal mission. So then, how do we live in God’s abundance? Not to glorify ourselves, but to extend it, to share it, to influence! Yes, God wants you to live an abundant life, but not so that you can settle comfortably in a spiritual armchair. He wants you to start something! To become a channel of blessing.

John 10:10 — The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

This is the promise of Christ! He came for abundance, but not personal and selfish abundance — an abundance that must be sown, multiplied, transmitted. Have you understood why God placed you where you are? Have you grasped why you have that business, that job, those gifts, that network, that ability? It’s not a coincidence.

You are sent where you are

God didn’t place you in the business world by accident. You are on a mission! Business, medicine, politics, arts, sports, technology: every sphere of influence is a mission field.

Matthew 5:16 — Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

What you do in your professional field has heavenly significance when you do it for God. You are not simply there to climb the ladder of a career. You are there to shine the light, so your business speaks of Jesus. You are there to embody the Kingdom of God at work. God wants disciples to be made in spheres of influence. He does not raise you up for your own pleasure, but for impact.

This is a new dynamic, a reality we must embrace: the intentionality of testimony in society. Are you a doctor? Let God work through your hands, yes — but also through your heart to save souls! Are you a lawyer, teacher, artist? Nothing is neutral! God wants to reach souls through what you do. Nothing should remain profane when your heart is consecrated. Everything becomes sacred when it’s done for the Kingdom.

That’s why we must be intentional. That’s why interests connect, projects converge, visions come together. It’s not just networking, it’s a Kingdom deployment strategy. In fact, we’re entering a time where everything we do must carry a heavenly perspective. Winning souls and making disciples. That is the goal. Not a secondary one. The only one. The true one. The only one that matters in the end.

You are an entrepreneur like your Heavenly Father

Let me tell you a truth that radically changed my life: God is the first entrepreneur. Yes, you heard me right. “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” He doesn’t wait, He doesn’t copy, He invents, He initiates, He dares, He creates. And you, you are called to do the same.

You are an entrepreneur. I am an entrepreneur. And I was ashamed of it for a long time. Me, a pastor, founder of Top Chrétien, Jesus.net, A Miracle Each Day, ministry launcher, church planter… people looked at me sideways in the pastoral world. “You, Eric, you’re a businessman.” As if that were an insult. As if I were working in a profane field, far from the sacred. But let me set the record straight:

Serving God means undertaking. Creating fruitful works, building structures that draw souls, launching projects that demonstrate the goodness of God — all of that is Kingdom entrepreneurship.

Luke 2:49 — I must be about my Father’s business.

This isn’t a modern invention. It’s biblical. Entrepreneurship is not satanic. It is divine! The vehicles may change: associations, foundations, businesses, start-ups… But the engine remains the same: to reveal God and expand His Kingdom.

And you, you are called to undertake for Him. You no longer wait for opportunities, you create them. You don’t suffer society — you inject heaven into it. And that requires more than good intentions: it requires vision, faith, actions. It also requires financial courage.

Connecting vision to divine provision

Every entrepreneur must understand this essential link: no vision without provision. That is the reality on earth. Your dreams will remain lifeless without tangible resources.

2 Corinthians 8:9 — For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.

God does not call you to live in poverty. He breaks the financial curse so you can fulfill your mission. But this abundance has a purpose. He does not enrich you to flatter your ego, but to propel your calling. He gives seed to the sower.

But understand that to sow is to take a risk, to have real faith. To take risks, to innovate, to place the fruit back into the Father’s hands. That is what entrepreneurship is. That is what it looks like to walk with God in business. That’s why Malachi speaks about tithes with such power:

Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse… and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven for you.

Proverbs 3:9 — Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your increase.

Do you want to see the heavens open over your finances? Then start sowing — not according to your fear, but according to His vision! Honor Him with what you have. That’s how what you start becomes something powerful for His glory.

Learn, grow, build

I want to congratulate you today. Yes, you who are reading this message, you who chose to listen, to learn. You could have stayed stuck, but you chose to invest in your growth. You chose to listen, to evolve. And that proves you’re not done!

No, no one is finished as long as they are learning. I myself, despite my age… went back to school. Last year, Polytechnique Paris. This year, MIT in the United States. Why? Because if we stop learning, we stop undertaking. If we stop being teachable, we stop believing that God can do more, and more, and always more.

The Holy Spirit reminds us of all Jesus said. John 14:26 and John 16:7 teach us that the Comforter comes to guide us and to remind us — but you must thirst to learn! Those who love wisdom never grow old. Glory to God.

What you heard today, what you received, apply it. Practice it. Because as Jesus said: “You are blessed if you put these things into practice.” Don’t despise what you’ve received. Don’t let this seed fall to the ground. Make it grow. Create. Serve. Give. Multiply. Influence for His glory!

Let us pray together

  • Father, I thank You for what You have entrusted to me. I acknowledge You as the First Entrepreneur. Give me the vision, the resources, and the courage to respond to it.
  • Lord, I refuse to live a useless life. I don’t want to waste my intelligence, my talents, my finances. Let everything in me serve Your Kingdom.
  • Holy Spirit, am I building with You or without You? Remind me of Jesus’ words. Lead all my projects, give me boldness and wisdom.

In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

🙏 If you’ve never given your life to Jesus, make this prayer with faith:

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I believe that You died for my sins and that You rose again. Today, I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Transform my life and lead me on Your path. Amen.
