NOW GO! THE NATIONS ARE WAITING FOR YOU! – Ps TEDDY NGBANDA

Now go! The nations are waiting for you!

God was simply waiting for someone to rise up. But how many of us truly rise? How many of us answer the divine call with everything we are? The nations are waiting, they are groaning, they are crying out… but who will go?

Look at the mission Jesus left us before ascending to the Father:

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)

This is a command, not a suggestion! The Kingdom of God is advancing, the call is urgent, and can no longer be ignored. There are souls to save, lives to restore, entire generations to impact. So why wait any longer?

God isn’t looking for perfect men, but available men

Too many believers are still waiting for everything to be perfect before taking action. They say: “When I’m ready…”, “When I have more faith…”, “When I know the Bible better…”. But listen carefully: God is not looking for perfect people, He’s looking for people willing to obey!

Look at Moses. He had a speech problem. Look at Gideon. He lacked confidence. Look at David. He was just a shepherd. Look at the apostles… fishermen, tax collectors, but they turned the world upside down because they said yes!

The problem isn’t that God doesn’t want to use you, it’s that we so often resist the call. We wait to be “fully equipped” without realizing that it is as we walk that God equips us!

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain… (1 Corinthians 15:10)

What about you? Let me ask you this: has the grace you received been in vain?

God didn’t save you to be a spectator! He gave you His grace so you’d be an actor in the Kingdom, so the nations would hear, so that those who suffer would find deliverance through what He is doing in you! But for that to happen, you must rise up and answer the call.

The nations are groaning, but who is listening?

God didn’t call you for a cute and quiet Christian life. He placed you as a light in a world that’s falling apart. Open your eyes! Look around: souls are suffering, people are broken, enslaved by sin, imprisoned in darkness. And you, what are you doing? Are you watching silently while salvation is in your hands?

It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment. (Hebrews 9:27)

There are men and women who, if they die today without finding Christ, will go to hell.

Are you aware of this truth? Some around you are on the verge of being lost forever without God, and you hold the key… But are you truly ready to act?

When Nehemiah heard that the walls of Jerusalem lay in ruins, it broke him! He wept, fasted, prayed. And then, he acted!

Why do you think so many believers are spiritually exhausted today? Because they’re not carrying God’s burden! Take your eyes off yourself and start feeling what God feels… You’ll see your Christian life catch fire!

Obedience releases the miraculous

A few minutes. Sometimes that’s all it takes to change a life.

Let me tell you something. One day, on a flight to Martinique, I found myself sitting next to a man. Throughout the flight, I felt this inner pressure, this voice saying: “Speak to him, he needs to hear.” But I hesitated.

Eventually, I looked at him and dared to say:

— “Sir, I believe Jesus loves you and wants to tell you something today.”

He first looked at me with curiosity, then with astonishment as I began to speak words only he and God could have known.

That day, that man received a healing and an inner transformation, simply because I obeyed the Spirit of God without waiting to be ‘ready’.

But how many times have we ignored those nudges from God out of fear of failing or being ridiculed? Since when is it our job to worry about the outcome? We are only vessels—God is the one who does the work!

And what if it were the same for you? Maybe tomorrow, you’ll feel that same nudge when passing someone… Will you dare to obey?

Step out of your comfort zone

  • The Gospel isn’t just for church—it’s for everywhere you go.
  • The fire of God must manifest in your daily life.
  • The power of the Holy Spirit is available for the souls around you.

But this fire won’t descend on spectators. It descends on those who commit, who dare to speak, pray, act. There’s a battle for souls!

Let’s pray together

  • Lord, today I choose to say YES to Your call. There’s no way I will take Your grace in vain.
  • I refuse to hide in my comfort zone. Fill me with courage, boldness, and love to proclaim Your Good News.
  • Father, give me a heart that burns for the nations. May I weep for lost souls and rise up for them!

At the heart of the Bible

  • Matthew 28:19 — Go and make disciples of all nations
  • Isaiah 2:2 — All nations shall stream to the mountain of the Lord
  • Revelation 21:22-26 — The nations will walk by His light
